WS-BF025 BLOCK FOAMING MACHINE
The WS-BF025 Block Foaming Machine is a newly designed machine for a small to medium scaled production foam factory, and it can fully automatic discontinuously produce rectangular and round blocks, also suitable for the production of flexible H.R. rigid and semi-rigid and visco Polyurethane foam blocks.

Working Principles:
WS-BF025 Block Foaming Machine consists of mixing system with moving forward and backward device, chemical metering system with re-circulation system to control chemicals which are dosed from the chemical storage tanks through pipe work and pneumatic injection valve systems into the mixing barrel. An adjustable timer controls the mixing time. As soon as the mixing time elapses, the hatch of mixing barrel will auto open to load the mixture smoothly into the mold and close the hatch, then can draw it backward to its original
position automatically. To put a level into the mold then after the foam block full rose, mold can be dismantled after moving out the block, then re-assemble the mold box for the next block production. The machine can also add WS-BFV Vacuum Foaming System conveniently to produce special foam like increasing the pull force or hardness, or very low density foam block under 10Kgs/M³ with decent foaming quality under safe circumstance and can reduce the material cost.

Technical Data:
Output : Maximum shot weight 150Kgs.
10 blocks or 1.5 tons foam can be produced by 3 operators and 3 mold boxes per hour.
Density between 18 and 45Kgs/M³ is possible to achieve without any difficulty. Feeding Methylene Chloride is advisable for the density less than 13Kgs/M³, working with WS-BFV for density 8Kgs/M³

Working range:
Maximum size of mold can be fed for rectangular blocks 300cm,width 220cm, and height 125cm. Maximum size of mold can be fed for cylinder block is diameter 200cm, height 230cm.

2. Chemical mixing barrel.
3. Polyol tank 1500 kgs with valve and dosing system.
4. TDI tank 1000 kgs with valve and dosing system.
5. Methylene Chloride tank 300 kgs with valve and dosing system.
6. Mixer system.
7. TDI sub tank.
8. Pipe work, chemical storage volume and pressure gauge, temperature gauge.
9. Control panel.
10. Mold box.

Available options:
a. Increase mixing motor to be 15HP or 20HP instead of 10HP
b. Add Silicone stream tank 100 kgs made by stainless steel
c. Add Tin stream tank 50 kgs made by stainless steel
d. Add water stream tank 100 kgs made by stainless steel
e. Add Pigment stream tank 50 kgs made by stainless steel
f. Add different polymer polyol stream such as HS100, CaCo3, memory foam polyol etc.
g. Add different TDI or MDI stream
h. Add chiller or heater unit for control chemical temperature
i. Add Cylinder mold box
j. Add adjustable rectangular mold box
k. Add smart mold system
